Baton Rouge Mayor Kip Holden compared himself to late actor Rodney Dangerfield, Wednesday, saying he "don't get no respect" when it comes to the plan for evacuating New Orleans in the event of another hurricane. Kip Holden was apparently on his way Wednesday to becoming the first African-American mayor-president in Baton Rouge history.
